The State of The Arsenal

Trust me its beyond painful and for those that think our remaining games mean anything have a word this season is another right off !!

So we have 17 points now with an estimated target of 71 to get top 4 which is another 54 points in the 26 remaining games. This works out at slightly more than 2 points a game.

I think this is entirely achievable but only with a change to a new top class manager now. There have been years where Wenger averaged 2 points a game and we hit good form even quite late in his tenure when he was well past his best. Unfortunately they were always calendar years rather than across a season ie we’d finish a season well and start well before one of our following end of season collapses.

So I think it’s possible but only with a change of manager right now. If we leave it a few more games where we drop more points we shouldn’t do it’s gonna be too little too late.

I’m sure that if we showed ambition we could get a top manager now and I don’t accept it’s not possible. Sure everyone wants a top manager and they don’t grow on trees, but if a team like little Leicester can get a manager like Rodgers mid season then I’m sure we could do the same.

Do I think this complacency at the top will change soon? Probably not but I hope it will.

Like arseblog, the rage is building in me again.

Fuck this cunt club.

Fuck that fat cunt. Fuck that pudha. Fuck those old Tory nonce cunts. Fuck those eggball loving cunts.

Fuck Ornstein and his dickhead source.

Fuck moralistic wankers gaslighting fans for wanting better.

Fans need to start rioting, set Keswick’s motor on fire or something.

This is what we get when we get a club controlled by good old Stanley

He’s doing a good impression of Stan Laurel in the balls up he’s leaving all the fans to live with

He’s one billionaire I’d luck to tax to fucking oblivion before sending him to prison for the rest of his miserable life. Happily see his motor on fire any day of the week. He makes shit head Levy look like a fucking hero by comparison.

The scum sack one of their most successful managers and we keep dilly dallying around with slick Rick from the basque land.

I have got no words left for the incompetent board of ours

Cannot wait for the toxicity though.

Southampton are woeful.

Dave Bassett could manage us to a win against them

Well unfortunately we don’t have Dave Bassett managing us

We’ve got Wenger to thank for this mess .
He should have stepped down when Klopp became available.
We are well and truly in a mess .

Wenger has the ability to stop board members from sacking Emery.
Wenger made this club what it is to the point that you feel a patch of mediocrity is a mess for this club.

Be grateful to have that privilege, and not be a mediocre club like Aston Villa where top half of table is a success

Wenger did NOT make this club .

Wenger did so much for Arsenal and was probably our greatest ever manager, but comments like these boggle the mind everytime I read them. You do realise in the 7 or 8 years before Wenger joined we won 2 league titles, a European trophy and a domestic cup ?
