Ha! Got it now - thanks to the last few posts. I wasn’t aware that people were treated to the dulcet tones of ND on a regular basis. Just as well I’m not in hearing distance.

@Mondo tbh, I’m not big on BBQ sauces. A sprinkle of Montreal Spice, or a sprinkle of salt and ground black pepper on my steak or smash burger, hits the spot for me. Bon appetit!

Yeah. I would ruin a good cut of meat with this sauce, but it works well with certain other foods.

Surprisingly nice with smoked mackerel and soft goat cheese!

Sorry, mate. Fish of any kind is a no-go for myself. And I like cheese to be, well, ā€œcheeseā€, so goat cheese is out of bounds, too.
