Ha! Got it now - thanks to the last few posts. I wasn’t aware that people were treated to the dulcet tones of ND on a regular basis. Just as well I’m not in hearing distance.

@Mondo tbh, I’m not big on BBQ sauces. A sprinkle of Montreal Spice, or a sprinkle of salt and ground black pepper on my steak or smash burger, hits the spot for me. Bon appetit!

Yeah. I would ruin a good cut of meat with this sauce, but it works well with certain other foods.

Surprisingly nice with smoked mackerel and soft goat cheese!
