Yeah the world we live in the vast majority of people have never had sourdough bread, let alone shopping at independent bakeries and paying a fiver for it

What is it that puts you off? I can’t say I’d rule out a full roast first thing in the morning.

Cereal does me until lunch
I’d eat smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast every day if it was practical.
Cereal with hot milk - is where it is at- game changer
I don’t eat breakfast.
Many days I’ll go without any food at all until around 2-3pm
