I’d rather have a Pukka Pie any time.

What a weird decision to cast Aisling Bea and have her do an English accent.

She is oddly hot

She is certainly more “odd” than hot!

Aisling Bea is nice to look at and has a great accent, but I wouldn’t describe her as hot.

Terminator 2 is one of the greatest action films ever made.

It’s the greatest imo. Die Hard is a close-ish second favourite for me.

It’s the greatest no doubt

That theme tune still gives me chills

The opening scene was nightmare fuel to me as a kid, I really thought they were coming for humanity down the line

Just don’t make them like they used to anymore :pensive:

I think the closest modern classic would be the original John Wick

I also love the sub genre of action films from the nineties that would be best described as “crazy Nic Cage shit”.

The Rock, Con Air and most of all Face/Off chef’s kiss

Edit: sorry, should be tagging @Sol here, how rude of me.

It’s crazy not alot of people know about Con Air, people look at me like I’m crazy when I bring it up as a classic.

I remember getting told off as a kid for quoting Malkovich’s lines :joy:

Do we class The Bourne Identity as an action film? Because I feel like that should be up there as well.
