I’d love to do that kind of mountain road trail, but will have to get my fitness up and get a proper bike that can handle it.

Yea the kit would be perfectly fine I’m sure but I’ve just never been comfortable descending at speed. Especially so with the twists and turns you tend to get on those TdF mountains. It’s not great for others either to have a nervous descender. Someone being “overly safe” can be dangerous.

Certain posts or moments just stand out more than others. Though even I must admit sometimes how the hell do I remember these things lol. Besides, March wasn’t that long ago really, feels relatively fresh memory to me 
Well I have been on OA for practically 15 years, guess it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise I recall a lot of stuff, I don’t recall every single though lol. Nonetheless this scene springs to mind.
