The Other Premier League Fixtures Thread (old)

Really embarrassing second half performance from United. First half they were a bit overmatched but at least fighting. They gave up at 2-1 down in a derby.

They’re taking over the Manchester derby rivalry lol

Micah taring into Neville for not wanted Conte on sky lol

Get 'em Micah Richards.

It’s so strange, their roster looks impressive on paper but in reality they never looked close to being an elite team.

Neville still thinks Utd get 4th as he doesn’t trust arsenal lol

Delusional

Not trusting us now is more based on buying into recent history rather than actually analyzing the current situation and looking at both teams, because frankly we should be considered clear favourites at this point. It’s not only the games in hand, but the fact that we also play them at home.

Well yeah, if you look back at the collapse under Emery a few years ago and haven’t paid a lot of attention to individual Arsenal matches, you could understand arriving at that conclusion.

“Oh Arsenal are soft”

“Arsenal have no fight”

“Arsenal lack leaders”

It’s about as lazy as commentators who talk about how vulnerable Arsenal are from corners like it’s still 2009.

The table makes for wonderful viewing this evening.

I remain pessimistic about 4th, mind you, given that we have to travel to Wet Spam, Spurs and Ya-nitid.

United travel to the Emirates but we do travel to Chelsea.

It’s a tough run home Dave, but I think we might do just enough.

It’s just those 3 games in hand, dude.

Chelsea (A)
Liverpool (H)
Spurs (A)

I can see them being a 0 point return.

Throw in the fact that we have a very tricky run in for March alone (Villa away and Leicester at home), and I’m just thinking it’ll be one step too far.

I’ll enjoy today, though. That’s all I can do

I think we’ll pick up 1 or 2 points in those 3 games which isn’t great, but we are already above these teams at least.

I think we’ll beat Leicester at home this Sunday, they were fortunate as fuck to beat Leeds.

Yes. They were talking about the battle for 4th.

Redknapp, Richards said Arsenal are favourites

Keane said Arsenal are in good form but is hoping Utd can do it.

Neville said Manchester United will get it

But he trusts this Manu side to get it…LOOOOOOOOL
