I don’t think people realize how embarrassing it is that their players are actually performing for their national team and at a high level too.
They should be questioning why City aside their teams are performing like shit.
Chelsea and Man Utd specifically have spent millions upon millions the past years and haven’t genuinely put a fight against City in the PL since 2017.
Hell, Man Utd haven’t even won a trophy since.
They’ve signed so many players that flopped over the years, maybe it’s their toxic club that’s the problem.
Who is playing at this high level really. It’s a nice agenda from you mate but doesn’t really ring true.
It’s not just me, it’s an opinion that’s widely shared as you see above. It’s not just on social media though. I even hear it from pundits too, like they’re trying to big up their respective clubs in a way when it should be the opposite.
If you ask me personally I have been impressed by Ziyech, Fernandes and Casemiro. Rest are performing at the level I expect them to be.

Half those goals were from Rashford and all of his goals except one came when it didn’t matter that much. Its a pointless statistic really

Yeah it’s quite dumb to use that stat against Arsenal especially because (1) Saka is on 2 goals already so just 1 or 2 more from him/someone else would include them in the list, and (2) alot of our WC players are midfield/defensive types - Ramsdale,White, Tomi, Turner, Xhaka, Partey etc. Not expected to constantly bang in goals
