Andrew Cotter is I think the most underrated sports commentator we have, probably not suited to football but just perfect for golf, tennis and athletics 
He’s got a great voice. Obviously not like strong Glaswegian ones, but his is an example of why Scottish accents can be my favourite.
Remember Bill MacLaren who used to commentate rugby games? Very pleasant Scottish accent. I think he was a ‘lowland’ Scot.
