The only problem when he talks of austerity he omits the fact the labour left the country bankrupt which is why they had to do “austerity”. Again these tories has higher government spend than even Blair’s government now and also higher tax. There is a lot said there that just flat out doesn’t tell it’s reader why there was less spend at the start of the Tory government
