It’s that time of the year when a certain event from the most minor of sports starts to eat up loads of airtime purely because of the gambling side of things 
Horse racing, barely a sport if something else is doing the hard work.
Real sports happen all year round because they require stamina, supreme physical attributes, natural talent, hard work, a quick brain and an ability to adapt to different conditions.
Which also rules out darts and golf. I’d love to rule out motor racing too but you need to be really fit to handle those beasts and they don’t run off to the club house to drone on about skiing holidays and their pension plans the moment it starts raining like golfers do.

Horse cunts are the fucking worst people. We’ve banned dog racing in NZ, should ban horse racing next. It isn’t worse than figure skating or dressage though to be fair.

Genuinely gutted to hear this. Danny is an excellent broadcaster and his European show on a Sunday night is one if the not the best thing on talksport.
