What happened?
When we signed him Sky, I believe, was on air doing a transfer roundup. One panelist was questioning the signing and another shared an anecdote that Tomiyasu was “allegedly” offered to other clubs but only Arsenal were interested. And they had a little chuckle about it. The implication was that we signed a scrub whose agent was peddling him around the EPL.
