I hope itās a small salary rise because while heās been decent he aināt done much here.
Bet thisāll be akin to the Ramsdale situation.
Get him to sign, and then sell when a good offer comes in.
I think unlike Ramsdale heāll still see a lot of game time even if not first choice
Proven himself to be an excellent squad player and has rediscovered his form this season. Injuries are still a concern, but smart move by the club to tie him down and preserve his value. Gives us options plus means we can focus on a higher value/quality defensive addition, whether this is in January or in the summer.

Great news, even if heās not available for tomorrow.
Japan being knocked out to a 96th minute pen wasnāt fun to see, but on a better note, at least heās back home.
Sad for Japan, but good news for us. Sooner he is back the better!
Remember when that happened to Ghana two year ago and Arteta had Partey on the bench the very next day? 
The jetlag would be horrendous!
