Arteta seems to rate Xhaka particularly highly and requested Ceballos return? Gabriel signing was a bigger priority for him than a new midfielder too. Plus Torreira, Ozil and Guendouzi aren’t even being used ffs.

I don’t think he’s a Yes man, once he makes a serious name for himself at Arsenal. If it’s shown he’s doing a great job with Arsenal with no support, I think he be out of here once another big club comes in for him. He’s got a dream job right now his first job at a big club like Arsenal, I’m sure he’s on their backs asking about transfers and coming out in interviews saying they are backing him trying to put pressure on them. That’s all he can do right now. But once he get’s a season or two under his belt and we improve without serious spending, I think he be gone.

I’m shocked a young manager who’s just won a FA CUP in his first few months of his career. We’re looking a proper drilled side and some on here don’t rate him. I just feel very uncomfortable how childish and spoiled our fanbase is at times.
For me as long as we’re winning i could not care less about how’s it’s done.
It won’t matter good Arteta is, with the current level of support from the higher ups we’ll achieve nothing of note.

Not much he can do if they are penny pinching, he ain’t going to give up a top job like Arsenal right now. I don’t see a Yes Man at all with Arteta. For me Arteta is doing a great job right now, he’s got my support but this squad right now ain’t getting top 4 no matter how great a job Arteta does. It’s just too much to ask this squad to do it over a whole season. But we at least get close to top 4 under him this season.
