Is this really a big deal?

Who cares what we’re wearing when we beat them 7-1.

can’t we just wear our red/white shirt with our red shorts?

Final nail in the coffin for this awful kit.

Raya

White Sals Gabriel Timber

Partey Jorgi Havertz

Saka Trossard (Jesus if fit) Martinelli

Can still beat these high line scrubs with that. Shame no tomi or Cala to make it a bit stronger in midfield with Timber.

Zinky could start LB and Timber instead of Jorgi but spurs have direct widemen so I’d rather not.

Martinelli is an absolute shadow of himself now. I would much rather Saka Jesus Sterling

Martinelli can kinda stay away for now.

Pace vs high line makes him best option. Especially if we sit back more with that midfield.

Sterling feels more useful against packed defences as he can generate a yard of space quickly.

Martinelli will get in at least 5 times if he starts watch.

Fuck me this has come around quick.

Sterling for me. Martinelli has the tools to stretch that Spurs team but I have no confidence he does anything tangible with it atm.

Have I missed Sterling being amazing?
Why are we all wanting him to start?

Because Martinelli has been rubbish?

I know we are going to be short in the midfield for this game but we cannot afford to drop points to Spurs, even though we play at the toilet bowl. Doesn’t have to be pretty, just grind out a result, one of those Mourinho performances is what is needed.

Spurs with their highline should offer us enough opportunities to nick a goal or two on the counter.

COYG!

How is that related to what I said? Martinelli didn’t even start against Brighton

It’s the new toy we want to play with. Coupled with a few nice looking moments from training and Martinelli not being on it up until now.

So we can all start calling him Razza.

Sterling will deliver the goods I’m sure.

He’ll be chomping at the bit to prove himself.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he gets 2 G/As.

He’ll be on the bench. Trossard will start.

Considering both Odegaard and Rice are out, there’s a good chance Trossard plays either up front or in midfield.
I think it’s between Martinelli and Sterling on who starts on the left.

Odegaard out at a very wrong time, we have city next and two important champions league tie, which could very well decide if we finish in top 8 or rest of 16

While I would prefer Sterling to start it would send the wrong message to Martinelli and I don’t think Arteta would be so harsh.

I think he’ll opt to start Martinelli and hook him early if he’s not performing.

I don’t know if its the right call, it probably isn’t, but I would be very excited to see Nwaneri start.
