Off he goes…

Let’s cut to the chase. What’s the salary?

€20-30m are the two figures I’ve seen. Understandable

He’s already done everything he could do anyway. Obviously the pressure of winning the Champions League will grow, but the question is if that’s justified for Internazionale or any other Italian club in general in the (near) future. They don’t have the resources to ensemble a squad that will belong to the best five teams in Europe.

Haven’t seen exact figures but apparently he will become the highest paid manager in the world.
Italians certainly seem to fancy a Saudi excursion.
He’ll be back in Italy within two years.

But where is his headguard?

Not often I question the judgment of Marotta but…

This feels more like an Oaktree approved appointment where they can bring someone in who doesn’t question the lack of investment

Atalanta appointing Ivan Juric? Inter appointing Chievu?

Absolutely bum appointments for both clubs. That’s more suffering in Europe for Italian teams next season then.

I saw it earlier and laughed. The man has been failing upwards for the past year. It’s incredible.

Good grief lol, Conte has the next Scudetto on lock if Napoli can get some business done.

Man Serie A really had the money back then. Pretty sure Crespo went for a crazy deal too.

Buffon deal today would be around 87m euros. Worth it for a generational keeper at the time. Value for money.

If Roma don’t win the Scudetto, I’d like to see Milan do it.
Someone has to fix Leao. Can’t let such a talent not realize his potential.

Allegri half way into the season:

Just realised Milano bought Samuele Ricci for €23 million? Ffs happy he’s staying in Italy but for that amount of money surely Calafiori could have had a word for an exciting talent to come to Arsenal.

I thought City would’ve got him in January as Rodri’s backup.

I was a bit surprised when I saw Milan get him, and they had a bit of a free run at him.

Especially for such a low fee, his last 2 seasons for Torino were fairly impressive

Retegui leaving Atalanta to go to Saudi Arabia. €67m and his salary is increasing by 6x what it currently is.

Crazy times we live in
