I think the difference with Arteta, is that the “process” was visible, I could definitely see what he was trying to do and I think Josh Kroenke could too. The results were not always there but there was progress.
What do you see with the Spuds…?

If you’re fired, then surely the club will always be on the hook for it? You can’t sign a multi year contract with a person, and then arbitrarily break that contract without consequences.
Just our luck these cunts will have a new manager when we play them. No easy day for Arsenal.
Tbf to Arteta, as bad as it got in 2020 and 2021, there was some dignity left, we finished 8th, and while that looked embarrassing at the time, we now see our rivals like Spurs, Man Utd and Chelsea casually finish in the bottom half and that’s with hundreds of millions being spent.
Don’t think I’ve ever watched a whole spurs game in my life!
@Jules I was under the impression that some clubs were putting termination clauses in that limited payouts
Give it to Neville. Would love to see both scums and the rat fail together.

EDIT: Frank being pictured with an Arsenal cup was no accident imo

okay that recap is indeed hilarious
I thought this was meme page like AnfieldPapers, but it’s actually real?!

I think we owe it to Frank to thrash Spurs when we play them.
This is too funny
No manager or agent worth his salt is signing such a deal—unless you are talking about a buyout that decreases over time (usually declines after a few years). Given the short nature of his tenure, he’s very likely owed most of that buyout.
Bring him in as a coach Teta
No.
Arsenal fans working there isn’t anything new, however, I do believe that his affection for Arsenal cost him.
I think what worked for others before is that they knew how to play to that crowd and establish they were on their side now. It sounds silly but taking a snipe at us and pandering more to their fans would’ve gone a long way. As sad as it sounds their fanbase loves that shit.
He might be picky but spurs have had some of the best managers in Europe because they pay massive wages so unless De Zerbi has got a big club lined up, he might take it.
But the amount of managers spurs are going through, they aren’t making it easy for themselves to be an attractive proposition for any player or manager.
