Scum

Remember when Wenger’s team beat Spurs 5-4?

Been browsing the scum forums and they seem to think Conte is a done deal, with apparently Levy promising cash and Kane likely to stay. Hope it all falls through and they end up with Martinez

Really are a bunch of whiney cunts over there, only have to spend a minute browsing through there to realise why they are called the scum.

I think Conte will go there but it will be interesting to see if Kane stays as well.
If he does, how are they going to afford the players that are going to take them to the next level.
Or perhaps Conte will be given the 100m they get for him, and more, to rebuild there team.

Either way, it’s better than our options.

I’ll say it again, I’ll fucking fume If Spurs manage to land a top 5-7 manager in the world.

Spurs with greater pool for managers than Barca and Real, what the fuck is the world coming to ?

At the time i was going out with a girl that supported spurs. What a fun game that was

So the squad is shit, the best player wants to leave, and you have no money…but you’re offering me 20m to pretend to care for a year before I can join another club?

:pires2:

The scum forums saying their heavily linked with De Vrij, supposedly Conte asked levy to purchase him as part of his move. Seriously delusional

Also they got some quotes from Arsenalmania, laughing at the posters going to assume one is Aboucellar as the caption is about how he’s an atletico fan only now and “mi atleti” which is what he used to say here no?

Honestly he should just wait until OSG is sacked, will happen within two years

It sort of makes sense. The first thing Conte did when going to Chelsea was buy Luiz to be the ball playing CB in the middle of his three man defense and De Vrij was a critical cog of his Inter team in that role.

Just goes to show why this could turn into a shit appointment from a squad building perspective though. Spurs have limited transfer resources and now could be spending a big chunk on a 29-year-old CB that hasn’t really been very good over his career except in this one very specific role that Conte has used him.

Ole Sunnar Goalskjaer would be a pleasing instance of nominative determinism.

Would that translate to:

Ole Sunny Goalscorer?

United will never go for Conte. Way too brash, way too demanding and his football isn’t universally regarded. United fans have managed to somehow convince themselves that there’s a “United way” to playing when Fergie was pragmatic at so many points of his career and probably didn’t play particularly attractive football once he lost Tevez and CR7.

I think alot depends on who they bring in after Woodward, alot of the new executive types are far more likely to buy into the “United way” in terms of what kind of coach they want.

Conte’s situation is interesting, it would appear his demands are very off putting to the megaclubs. If he’s having concerns about a rebuild project and funding at a club like Spurs where else can you go?

Funny enough the “Spurs way” seems to be a thing people think is real

They have a new Dof. John Murtough. Darren Fletcher is Technical Director.

Levy has basically told him we don’t have any money lol

Great, so why don’t we now do what a smart club would and try to get some intel on what caused the breakdown in negotiations so we can give Antonio a ring and make up the difference. I’m sure we can still promise him more funds than those cunts, lets slide into his DMs

People really thought he was going to be given genuine assurances?

Same club that has taken out a £175m bank loan to help with debt and got cut off from sucking on the tit of the Super League? I’m thinking all this shit happened over one meeting and Conte laughed Levy out of the room, papers and ITK’s longing this out because that’s what they do.

I think Conte is a good manager but I don’t think any club should really be bending over backwards to get him at the helm.

Fair, they got him to the table at least
