i dont much care if they do i just dont see it working out he has been at so many clubs recently i reckon he will leave there without much success. I remember everyone shitting bricks when they signed maureen thinking that there drought would be over…didnt happen.

Conte has literally won 5 of the last 7 league titles. And the two seasons he didn’t win he won an FA Cup and forced Chelsea into sacking him and finished runner up to a dominant Juventus and made a CL final.
Conte isn’t taking a job without assurances. He’ll leave if you don’t maintain that level of investment but he isn’t taking the Spurs job unless investment has been guaranteed to him

We deserve this for associating with the majority of the fanbase that think keeping Arteta after consecutive midtable finishes is acceptable.
Also those who think Lacazette is acceptable as a first choice striker.
Those who think Xhaka is crucial to us.

If they do get Conte it will prove conclusively that their ambition and level of urgency is way higher than ours.
Like it or not, what ever anyone thinks about the signing of Mourinho, although it didn’t work out it showed they want success and will do what it takes to get it.
The fact they acted quickly and decisively to get rid of him and possibly replace him with an elite manager like Conte just confirms their ambition.
We of course will stick with the worst manager, who has just delivered the worst season we’ve had.
Congratulations to Kronke for doing as much to get spurs success as Levy is.

Conte is literally there for the taking. He’s got a track record of improving average players, he’s got a track record of getting his players to play his brand of football. He’s got a track record of success and we’re missing out on him because we want to hold onto a guy who’s taken us out of European football for the first time in a quarter of a century.

Yeah the Mourinho hire wasn’t smart, but there was still a level of ambition behind it in gambling on him to come in and try to get a side lacking trophies over the line. Conte is about the most ambitious hire they could’ve ever looked to make this summer, so regardless of if it works out their intentions have been made clear and they are a hell of a lot more ambitious than ours at the moment.

You do need to spend less time there though, clearly, seeing as you’re basically self-flagellating saying that you, me and others deserve this shite because there are some in the fanbase who have a different opinion on players to you. It’s a bit deranged.
The fanbase doesn’t deserve this shit. We’ve been charged some of the highest prices over the past fifteen years, during which we’ve seen a continual decline that’s seen us go from league winners and CL finalists to this absolute bag of shit that can’t even reach Europe at all. All while paying some of the very highest prices in Europe, and continuing to buy shit loads of tat from the club shop, and contributing to the ludious television money the club gets.
The idea that the fans deserve this just winds me up, as it does when Arsenal fans themselves make out like our fanbase is awful when every club on the planet has its own fair share of dickhead fans. Leave it to the Spurs fans to make out like all Arsenal fans are pricks imo haha
