Depends on how you view it. From an obsolescence standpoint, specifically financially speaking, he squeezing everything he can out of it.
To me this move made zero sense to begin with because Hilal are in a title race. They lost Neymar to a serious injury. Why would they hand Neves to Newcastle on a loan under these circumstances? That’s why the whole situation stank and this vote cane to be.
