A sore one in the morning but hopefully nothing too serious.

Looks very bad, fingers crossed

Looks like nothing to me tbh

Ah, there it is.

Lol Mikel making a point with the red cards where the FA can’t punish him.

‘Not good news’ on riccy can just be that we can’t afford more defensive injuries, rather than it being a bad one.

not having a painful facial expression, not in tears…

so, should be not that bad.

And As I mentioned earlier, he walked off the pitch normally. No grimaces, anguished expression.

hope it’s not an ACL.

I always think of my college roommate who tore his ACL playing soccer, finished the game and didn’t even realize until the next day.

I could never understand how people can tolerate this.
Many stories told that, athletes completed the race/competition after tearing their ACL.

I am not into biology/anatomy, but my understanding is, when you tear your ligaments/tendons, it should also tear the muscles in some way, more or less.

IDK, I’d have to see if I still have Anthony’s number. I can text him an ask him! Maybe he was just built different. Like when you read stories of moms lifting cars to get to their kids trapped underneath.

I really envy some people having a very high pain tolerance.
A lot of times I could not even continue to play, after getting a cramp.

Ol’ Dirty Bastard did that.

It can absolutely hurt af immediately, but you can also get a very serious CL injury and not notice at all in terms of pain early on. There are also partial tears etc.

Have a bad feeling about this.

The way he fell looked so awkward, legs all tangled up and a jolt to the knee.

I’m very concerned.

Anyone else feel the moment he debuted for us, a lengthy injury was only a matter of time?

Fingers crossed it’s only minor, but not feeling good about it.

Tbf, even if it’s minor his constant small issues are a concern already.

He’s on a good course to go the same way as Tierney or Tomiyasu if this continues.
