Random football stuff

Pep will be the first to go, after he comes to the realisation how much his soul has been crushed by managing a corrupt plastic club. The guy will be close to enlightenment by the time we win the league in May 25.
Sadly, this scenario probably won’t happen though. So, I’ll go with Dyche.

Doubt it he lives for that stuff…corruption follows this turd wherever he goes.

What an utter baller this guy was. A pleasure to watch those goals and moves.

I can’t agree with the title of the video though. Everyone who was watching Serie A admired him, he was simply a late bloomer who didn’t want to move at that stage of his career I guess.

Btw watching this vid I have some strange feeling as if this happened in the 70s lol

Why did football change so much in the last 10 years ffs?

FM Legend, mainly because he would always score against you if you played Udinese

How much time you got, also a spare room to cry in?

I guess I have the time :pires2:

Poor goalkeeping

The PL have lost a great player but the fashion industry has gained a model. :grinning:

Some people might say that It’s almost as if he’s trading on his parents fame.

this pic of Rooney reminds me of an Albanian father that I used to play 5-aside with. fat as fuck, but if you give this guy an inch, he’d blast the ball with accuracy into the goal. it’ll have the goalkeeper diving out the way for good measures. technique will never leave you

In my top 3 PL players that I wished had signed for Arsenal. We would have definitely won at least one more league in the period from 2005 - 2015 with Rooney.

Bit of a slept on legend imo. Literally had everything. Not a single weakness in his game. Scored spectacular goals, freekicks, scrappy poachers finishes, headers, running off the last defender, could create, fantastic range of passing, outstanding work rate, aggressive, physical, technically superb.

He gets mocked a bit these days as a coach / pundit but as a player he was a dominant force in England for over a decade. The injury in 2004 Euros also probably robbed him of his national team legacy. England may very well have won it if he had stayed fit.

Rooney’s problem is that he peaked too soon so because his fall off was quite sharp people largely remember them post Fergie years.

He’s the best English player I’ve ever seen. At his very peak he was a complete player.

Between this and the mention of Juninho it just hit me.

We don’t see a lot of free kick goals these days do we? Or at the least, not as many as we used to do.
