Lol
Juve on the juice again
It seems England has a pandemic of shit refs
What did he say?
Who goes through the effort of typing in different font sizes in an official statement?
Looks like Chris Wheatley took a google translate version
Damn…fragile as fuck. Neymar is now just Aaron Ramsey in terms of how brittle his body is and how susceptible to injury he is. Every injury eats away at his athletic ability too
Will he make it to World Cup 2026?
Watching some random short documentary on TV about Michael Owen…
Not based on it, but just in general I have a feeling his reputation as a pundit, mixed with many people only watching him after the injuries hampered him, has a (too) big effect on his general football reputation.
Often I’m seeing comment about “how the f did Michael Owen win the Ballon d’Or”, “must be some mistake”, stuff like that…
Owen was fucking nuts at an early age. The english answer to R9, although his playing style he was probably closer to Romario (who wasn’t too bad either ). It’s not just his pace, his intelligence and efficiency on the pitch always impresses me, how efficiently he reacts in all kind of situations.
Surely would have gone down as one of the best english players ever if wasn’t for the injurise that killed his career at the elite level in his early 20s.
Watched this Rio video a few days ago too and couldn’t agree more.
what is primetime? Why is saying Primetime Owen instead of Prime Owen?

Wow. From this angle it looks absolutely amazing
He was- but the media fawning distracted from Anelka. Anelka was a lot better at the same age in the same time span.
I think prime Anelka
was better than prime Benzema.
Very similar playing style, but Anelka was far more powerful and athletic. Not many forwards were able to play on the wing and centrally as the main man on elite level, at the same time. He did it, effortlesly at Chelsea.

The guy played for Argentina in the World Cup and then for Sevilla in the Europa League.
But now(well after the fact) decide to ban him for 2 years.
This is yet another high profile doping scandal in the sport after Pogba. Inevitable that more are involved.
Footballers are dropping like flies nowadays due to bans. That’s 4 in the last month alone
It’s really hard to wrap my head around the idea that a design agency was probably paid well into six figures to come up with this. It honestly looks like something I’d whip up on my mom and dad’s computer back in the day. It’s truly awful.
We won the league, in Inchicore…
4 in a row for the second time in less than 40 years.

Good for you, Shammy.
