Gunnerblog is fun to listen to
Yea i seen him in person at the Wolves game last season and would have to agree with this.
Arsecast hall of fame moment
Every podcast I listened to on Spotify or Apple podcast is now filmed for YouTube which is so much better as it feels like a tv show now instead of just watching a blank screen.
Be great if they started filming this aswell as its one of the only remaining podcasts I listen to that dont
They will never do that haha.
I dont understand the attraction myself but maybe that’s because i listen to podcasts when out walking or running or even cleaning the house.
Arsenal have a very simple game plan
no.
have to give credit to that TIFO guy that claimed that Arsenal is best out of possession sides as early as 4th game of the season.
I have a much crazier theory personally that I noticed against Palace.
I think sometimes we intentionally invite opposition to have a go at Raya or put a cross in so he can claim it and start an counter. In fact, I’ll go even further with that, against Palace there was a moment where it seemed like we gave a very cheap corner kick and the Raya alongside some others for whatever reason were popping for it.
I believe that led to the Trossard goal.
Ferdinand to Ödegård: what did you do different tactically compared to the Porto game, this shit looked better
Ödegård: we mostly tried to do the same thing.
check mate, tactics twitter.

How are you ordering your list?
Honestly, I was intrigued by the video but I wasn’t sure I’ll go through putting a list together but I got so upset after seeing him put Holding and Elneny in there I just had to.
a. Pulled up all transfers for Arsenal
b. Got me some pen and paper and started noting down names from the arrivals since 2006 that I thought did well for us.
c. Got about 50 players down and and then I started narrowing it down by crossing off players until I had 25 players to pick from.
d. Then started numbering them from best to worst, made adjustments along the way and then that’s it.
Actually ended up pretty engaging going through it. Takes you back a bit to older times.
Sorry I meant what was the metrics you’re using for measuring best to worse? It it statistical production, significance of signing, overall quality or everything.
For instance, why is Zinchenko at 14?
Impact to the team, fans and project. Value also played a deal in some situations (i.e big reason why Martinelli is so high).
On Zinchenko, I think we got him at a fair price and he was instrumental in transitioning the side from a team thinking about Top 4 as the holy grail to a team that wanted to actually challenge. He’s obviously not been the perfect player in certain situations and obviously his calf problems push just a bit down.
When I see Martinelli on 3rd, this list is already shit.
How?
You should ask, how he gets on to number 3
