10 years :triumph:

Probably better they ban fans ever going back in the PL. Save people from themselves and deluding themselves their apart of something to be loyal too.
It’s abysmal this sport that just compromises everything out of you.
Support a top club and all that goes with it means the death nail for anything underneath. Just crap.

Only seen the headlines, but not keen on the PL being reduced to 18 teams or if the League Cup and Chairy Shield are abolished…

Personally would much prefer to see the League Cup to be concluded by the end of the calendar year before the start of the FA Cup and would prefer to see internationals breaks condensed and restricted to certain times of the year, so teams can focus on the league and then we get a break with a decent number of international fixtures.

Hahahaha what? Teams can basically get paid for building up their fucking own facilities. I might actually log into the athlethic to read how much of a cunt proposal this is

Only have to look at the responses on the Slater tweet too know how easy the prem project ultimately will be able to pass.

In Project Big Picture the EFL clubs were to be offered £250m. So how has that suddenly became £50m?

I read some of the replies to that tweet, people are so Prem centric. Seeing it as them giving the EFL handouts when it’s not really the case. The PL use the EFL a lot too, be it to take the best talent or to send their talent there to be nurtured!

£50m is just not enough, and even if it was it comes with a million strings and they want most of it back! This isn’t a “bail out”

Great!

We will be playing against teams like:

Madrid Dragons.
London Bells.
Turin Blizzards.
Paris Panthers.
Manchester Devils.

In a few years time a new millionaire wants in on the action and Baku Berserkers will be up and running within 24 hours.

Project big picture was nothing more than something to throw at EFL clubs and the rest of the league so it looks they tried to develop a new financing solution that included all teams.

Either way it’s difficult to see their way being stopped further down the line, eventually a European super club will be formed one way or another.
