“LOL” for us winning the league or City actually being punished for being corrupt?
I think both are possible this season, the only reason City didn’t get punished by UEFA is due to City’s solicitors running down the clock until UEFA were out of time to impose sanctions. No time limits with the FA’s investigation so unless City’s lawyers play a blinder or the FA fuck it up (the latter being more likely), there will be sanctions.

City getting deducted, just don’t happen.
Never say never. Their behaviour will catch-up with them. I’ve heard a rumour from within the insurance industry that HMRC are investigating Man City too.

Even if City do get sanctioned, I can’t for the life of me see it happening for at least 2 more years.

Football clubs and their directors have their own insurance policies which cover the costs of investigations by regulatory bodies.
I’m dealing with high profile cases that I will never mention because I don’t want to lose my job. Sometimes there are dozens of insurance companies on the same case, so word does get around. Insurance industry rumours usually have legs.
