I have never been able to understand how he connected with the ball to make it fly that way. Everytime it looks like it should hit the defender or fly wide.

Of course, you can’t compare Croatia alone against all the talent that all the Yugoslavia had back in the days. It was quite a football force in the past.

Robert Prosinecki. I think he got the award for the best player in that tournament. Even next to a guy like Savicevic who had a ridiculous impact in that 90s Milan team, or Boban who also left a good impact there.
