I see a lot of analysis from fans of both clubs as we’re approaching the wire in a few weeks. But football is so hard to determine what’s gonna happen; you just never know.
One thing is clear to me however, we need to beat Fulham and Liverpool; Liverpool keep escaping at Anfield whenever we play them - we need a win there. And Fulham have become a bottleneck for us too… a bit of a voodoo with them cunts.
If a company paid me over 100m pounds in my time there, I’d probably wish them the best as well!
I don’t hate Wenger, but it is difficult to shake off the residue from his last 5 years here.
Wenger is correct through, Liverpool losing three in thirteen seems highly unlikely. 2 losses and two draws is plausible and we have to inflict one of the losses on them.
Nahh, his take about the 3 losses is still horrible.
It’s as bad as some deep twitter bullshit, but coming from an experienced football person, who is accidentally a graduated economist too, makes things even worse.
I don’t see why, the probability of them drawing 4/5 isn’t much different to them losing 2/3. It’s quite clear he’s just meaning it’s a big gap to claw back.
They’ve drawn 6 and lost 1 in 25. We need them to either draw 4 in 13 or lose 3 in 13 or a combination of both. Assuming we go perfect at the same time.
I’d be more than happy to bet on the fact we won’t win the title without at least 2 more losses from Liverpool, so I don’t see him far wrong.
I thought you were obviously joking here but then I remembered thinking you were also joking when you said Palmer and Foden were considerably better than Saka, to then find you were serious about it.
So, are you joking or are you serious about Wenger not being eager for us to win the league?
