That’s not including the loan fee though. We loaned him for like 7m from January till end of the season and then paid like another 7m to purchase him after the loan.
Totally dodgy signing considering he was injuried and featured only 1/2 times when we loaned him.

Spent the whole game worried he was going to get sent off, the fact no player targeted him like Theo targeted Gabriel was amazing.
A reckless yellow card in the 15th(?) Minute and then a push 1 minute later. Squeaky bum time.
He didnt look too bad after that but Chelsea really didn’t challenge him, their build up was so slow that the midfield and wingers were doing most of the ball winning.

I think it was 5m euro loan fee, then apparently another 4m euro to buy. And he is probably on poverty wages like 40k per week or something.

He’s probably not as useless as Cedric in terms of utility to the squad, age profile and actual ability but he’ll always be tainted because of those weird loan plus permanent signings we did. We’re not even sure how much money he costs!
