RDT the obvious one but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Laca end up there as backup. Bit of a bitch move if he does that but he is another Benzema simp.
Yep, loan. Get fucked.
Who this? My brain leapt to Robert Downey Tuna and now I’m incapable of moving past that.
RDT is short for Raul de Tomas. La Fabrica product that now plays for Espanyol. We were linked with him either in January or last summer.
What kind of inside job is this for Conte and Paratici?
Kind of puts to bet if he’s coming in as a cover.
This has the ingredients to outdo the Willian move now.
Lot of money.
Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouameni is some great young midfield depth. Can really help transition through the Casemiro, Kroos and Modric years next season.
Shame they didn’t get Pogba too would have been a great summer for them. French trio lol
Pogba going from United to Juve, then back to United and back to Juve again. And Lukaku going Chelsea to Everton to United to Inter, back to Chelsea and then back to Inter on loan again.
Gotta be one of the craziest transfer sequences in modern day football history. Especially Lukaku.
I’ve no idea what state he’s in these days but I was all for us getting him when it looked like it was going to happen.
I’m hoping very much that he’s knackered now, otherwise this feels like a smart addition.
I’m probably boring everybody to tears always banging on about players ages but…
Wide players (FB, WB, winger) who have been highly successful in the PL over the last decade or so at age 33 and beyond is pretty much an empty category. The best seasons I can find in that group are Damien Duff having a decent year at Fulham at 33, Ashley Young playing lots of minutes but not very well for Mourinho one year, and Pablo Zabaleta starting most of the season for a bad West Ham team at 33. Last wide player I can think of that was still really a top player at 33 in the PL was Giggs and that was maybe 12-15 years ago before he moved into midfield.
It seems plausible that he’ll be a useful rotational player who also brings some experience winning things at the highest level. But I don’t see him being an addition that substantially changes anything for them. I think I’d rather they sign Perisic than Kostic.
Why did they set that video to music that belongs in an ad for bamboo sheets or sustainable sneakers? They can’t even do a signing video right.
Highlighting all of his career honours not with spurs, likely to stay that way too
Yeah saw this tweet earlier
And I was thinking “Spurs know they can’t put his medals in their trophy cabinet, right?”
This is such a Conte signing.
They’re committed financially in some big ways rn. Romero, Kuluseswski, Bentancur, Kane will get paid (again).
They’re definitely taking the opposite approach to Arsenal.
Lol, if we signed Perisic for 180k pw there would be pitchforks outside.
Looks 40 in this pic. Absolutely washed up shite.
Let’s hope
Just another full back to add to the ‘rinsed by Martinelli’ list.
This guys gonna flop
he will be their Lichtsteiner
