Perisic is an odd signing for Spurs. Coming in as a 34 year old wingback to the Premier League is very risky.
Mane leaving Liverpool would be a devastating body blow if Klopp wasn’t their manager. Diaz has already been bedded in, Mane had been playing cf towards the end of the season as well. They xould easily use Salah, Diaz, Elliot and Jota as wide forwards and buy a top cf to replace Mane. Or, they could use Jota and Firminho as cf and buy a top wide forward.
They could buy any of Gnabry, Dembele, Nunez. They could even be really cheeky and bid for a Kane, Lewandowski or Sterling. If they were really in for Mbappe, they have money.

Feeling they might be cheaping out on that position to keep the big money for elsewhere, which is a bit scary. Last thing we want is them buying another world class talent on top of Kane and Son.
Perisic as a wide forward option is a smart signing to be honest.

Would be a smart signing if he is a cover.
I think he’s brought in to address either the LWB/RWB positions, so he’ll most likely start for them.

Bastoni is one of the few young defenders that I consider to be basically complete already. He has years ahead of him to improve his game but he is excellent. A little weak aerially but at 6’4 you imagine he’ll improve that facet of his game.
I hope to the high heavens Spurs don’t get him. Romero, Bastoni in defence and Perisic at LWB would help them so much as it’s an Italian speaking back line effectively.
Anyway, I hope he stays in Italy.

Their frontline could probably do with freshening up a little. Ribery and Robben have been replaced well by Coman, Gbabry and Sane. Lewandowski and Muller will need replacing. Makes sense to get a couple more years out of Muller whilst bringing in Mane.
Barcelona will be a great move for him. Nice to see the wheels falling off the Bayern express with the impending departures of Gnabry and Lewandowski.

Any other club that had the past year they had would probably not exist now and they’re gonna somehow come out of it even better than before.

If Chelsea intend to challenge, they should be making a serious play for Lewandowski.

Inter fans will be so angry if this goes through because;
A) big sections of them never liked him and thought he wasn’t a great football player
B) if they sign him they can’t sign Dybala and they desperately want Dybala
C) they sold Hakimi and to balance the books when in actuality if they sold Lukaku they wouldn’t even have needed to sell Hakimi so they lost one of the worlds best full backs for no reason

A) I knew there were people that never bought into him but I didn’t know there were big sections that didn’t like him.
B) I reckon and hope if Inter get him it will be on a loan with Chelsea still paying quite a big chunk of his wages.
