Tagliafico has declined last season. Not as good anymore, but still adequate backup to Tierney. I’d have him if we can get him for about €15-20m.

Mazraoui must’ve declined badly if he’s on that list, but I’d still take him as a backup RB with a potential to become a starter when he regains form.
