West Ham are at a disadvantage. Everyone knows they sold Rice for huge money. And all the foreign clubs also know they’re a PL club with PL money on top of Rice. So nobody is going to do them a favour.
They’ve also got a new director who doesn’t seem to have a strategy that aligns with the manager they should have let go of.
