Other Clubs' Transfers

That’s just the power of potential. When Mudryk goes for 100m and Enzo goes for 100m off a combined half season of performances, Southampton are going to quote insane prices too.

With Ward Prowse, I seem to remember seeing reports saying Saints wanted 35m for him but West Ham thought that was too much. If true, and it’s a big fucking if, I think that’s pretty reasonable, 35m aint all that much these days for an established PL player of that sort of quality.

Given everyone knows we gave West Ham triple figure millions for Rice, I would have expected Sputhampton to try and rinse them for more than just that.

Overpriced at that imo, thought the 25m offer was good.

Free kicks make him seem a much better player, he’s just a run of the mill midfielder tbh.

25m for Ward Prowse is a Pisstake offer. Albeit it barely, he’s an England international who has proven himself in the Prem.

Ward Prowse is a mug for signing a new contract in 2021 without a relegation release clause

Relegation was always on the horizon.

We struggle to get 35m for Balogun. And they go on and sell Livrawhatever for 40m. I remember him vaquely, but wasnt he injured ALL of last season or something? thats a mad price.

Since you’ve put it like that, you’re dead right.

35m for Balogun is a Pisstake.

Livramento wasn’t a 40m player before his injury, how the fuck is he one after his injury and with Southampton in the Championship.

Ridiculous.

Saw this from Duncan so thought it was bullshit but Jacob now confirming it. What a disaster!

You have to wonder, why not part ways with Moyes at the end of the season and close his time there on a happy note?
They did this last summer too where they signed him a bunch of players he wasn’t familiar with or didn’t want and they ended up in a relegation fight. The ECL they won was because they had by far the best team in the tourney.

Still haven’t signed a single player have they?

What a shambles with the season about to start next week, they’ll be fighting relegation yet again at this rate especially considering they chose to retain Moyes

Should have been thanked for his tenure and told its time for a change but operationally they are so far off it, they’re being run incredibly poorly right now, their fans must be sick

He should stay and prove EtH wrong. But also keep collecting that ridiculous salary so they are somewhat hobbled in the market.

Tavares, Holding, Lokonga, Pepe.

Can somebody forward this message to Moyes?

So they’re basically looking for almost a full team for around 150 mil. Good luck with that, you cunts.

Agree, we can sell them to WH as a package.
IF they do take those players, I will forgive them for wasting our time on Rice and invited City to join the bidding war.
