Can’t recall mate, I watched until about the 70th and then had to leave for work with us leading 3-2. Was refreshing my LiveScore app at work and was absolutely seething when I saw Liverpool click over to 3… ruined my day.

Definitely seems the obvious move to me. If Palace want Batshuayi then they’d be perfectly fine with a better version of him. Zaha and Eze smashing balls into Giroud would be a dream. Would be better than what we can offer him to be fair.
Why are rest of players not thrilled at all?
He’s going to beat Henry’s record, and in fewer games. And there is absolutely nothing the haters can do about it

Yeah. We can only hope he retires from France after the EURO’s or Deschamps doesn’t select him anymore after that tournament. I reckon Deschamps loves him so the latter won’t happen.

You think France can win it?
I think they are the favourites yes. Germany has great wingers and (attacking) midfielders, but not as convinced of their back line and defensive midfielders. I think France has more quality than Spain right now and Italy is still transitioning. And surely Portugal is not going to steal it again?! France tournament’s to lose in my book.
England and the Netherlands don’t have enough overall quality. Outsiders.
