He’s a rich footballer living abroad I guess, which means he can’t get called up? That means he can’t risk life and limb defending his country.
Some form of settlement really required to end this conflict, Ukraine has lost an entire generation of men in the meat grinder and they’ve just lowered the draft age. This can’t continue forever
In a corrupt country, I’m sure you can buy your way out of a draft.

For one thing he didn’t flee the country when the war broke out, he was already in the UK, that’s a pretty big factor.
I don’t know how many have been force-drafted in similar situations but I’m assuming it’s either 0 or at least far lower numbers than those in Ukraine now/at the time this all started…
Zinchenko can barely defend a throw in. He’s bettee off on Arsenal’s bench than the battlefield.

Yeah agreed he wasn’t bad or wasn’t great. Struggled a couple of times early when they played through press and isolated him 1 vs 1.
But overall was fine.

Maybe, but if so, why did he use Tomi as a sub today rather than Kiwior? I think he is keeping him fresh for Bayern.

Precisely because he rates him more that Kiwior. Kiwior doesn’t need to be rested. He didn’t play today, didn’t play against Luton and he only played 66 minutes against City.
