If Arteta is set on playing him there now, Iād give him a new contract. Saves us money buying a player who doesnāt know the system.
Heāll be off in the summer, almost certainly.
A damn shame he fell out of favour as heās far more comfortable on the ball than the majority of our players

Shouldāve started this game but I donāt know how many games heās shouldāve started overall. MLS deserved the spot.
Heās featured in midfield a couple times this season so couldāve him there today.

The manager confuses me to no end. Says we need a squad to compete on multiple fronts, but doesnāt trust any of them.
So we go into the market, sell all the old folk and bring a bunch of new faces in.
Now he has a squad of players he can use, but then he doesnāt use any of them..
and then complains about injuriesā¦ like what??

Iām not Zinnyās biggest fan, but heās a decent midfielder and his lack of game time has been criminal.

People say this when heās not used then cry when he is.
Zinchenko was back in form at the start of this season then got injured and never got a sniff again. Donāt get why but he couldāve been used in midfield if his defensive lapses were seen as an issue (Cala is just as bad).
Did he play well today or not get much time?
Barely got any time really but in that brief time he looked neat on the ball. I donāt get why he is used to little either.
Exactly what I was thinking lol and I actually agree that Arteta isnāt great at using his squad but the idea we have a bunch of game-changers not being used is a bit ridiculous, particularly outside of our defensive players.

Best for both to part ways this summer but doubt we get much back on what was paid for him
I think he fell out of favour when Timber was bought. If Timber remained fit, he would have taken the starting spot on the left with White on the right. Zinny was meant to be on the bench/backup from then on. That we then signed Cala, even more so.
