Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal (PL) 0-0

Martinelli effort was the worst of the lot

The chances were there. There were dangerous balls as well that needed a push to get in and fluffed them but they won’t count in this.
Forest did fuck all.

Had we opened the scored early like we should have in the first half I think we’d have won by a couple goals too.

Just seen the result, didn’t see the game.

So predictable.

Fucking bottle jobs

Same old shit. Same old guys have our number.

Fucking shite

What’s clear from this thread is that Arsenal fans need collective therapy from the 2008-2026 damage. We are 7 points clear in mid Jan and people are losing their shit.

I’ll take one quadruple as my compensation please.

We have lost 2 matches all season in all competitions.

problem is this club has shown us time and time again when the chips are down they do not achieve. If it was Mancity being 7 points clear you think ‘yeah it is highly likely they will win the league.’ With us though we have been in these positions before and we have blown it time and time again.

You can think that if you want.

I think we’re on course to win the league and maybe even by double digits.

Yeah, I have calmed down now.

Still plus 7, City will throw plenty of further points away.
Emery surely can’t be a threat. Surely?

Still on pace to win a quadraple.

Maybe better to win all 4 narrowly rather than just to dominate the league only.
:arteta5:

It’s highly likely for us too.

I dont want to think that….i really dont, but those traumas tho :santi:

I agree, we’ve gained a point on Man City, while keeping a clean sheet away from home in a game we probably should have won and no injuries.

Also we’re favourites for every competition we’re in including the CL and supporters of every other club would swap places with us,

I hate how shit the attack is at times.

Tbf it sounds like again we had good chances but finishing them is so frustrating

Don’t look for the Martinelli replay if you haven’t seen it yet.

I had a look at our league top scorers.

Sheesh I wish I didn’t.

Having slept over it, I still can’t believe that performance. That was just unforgivable. And if fatigue is the reason for that then we have a huge problem cause we play every 3 days for the next 6 games. That performance/result basically gives City hope when there should have been none.

Odegaard doesn’t even make the list, pathetic. I don’t know why but that Odegaard display really irritated me. The guy has done nothing this season and he’s getting worse. I had really hoped he’ll make a few telling contributions but I don’t think that’ll happen.

True but we are just getting into the business end of most competitions. This is when we have to get better, more consistent, if we are to live up to being favourites. I think we’ll do better in Europe than in the domestic competitions.
