Doesn’t want to overspend on fees yet prepared to offer 50 for Madueke!!! Make it make sense

I was searching for something to drink and considered Gin, Rum, Brandy and Cava. However, all would cost more than lighter fuel and I was determined not to overspend.

This thread was insanely hard to read. 186 new posts and when i was scrolling down to read them it kept automatically scrolling back up again and I had to find where I was :sob:

Honestly, this deal is really fucking infuriating. If we wrap up Gyok and then do this, I feel like it just undoes most of the good work. I’d honestly rather sign no-one.

Noncey baduekeeee is a gooner nannaaanna

The relationship club-to-club is very good, I would say excellent

I’m distinctly uncomfortable seeing people say this about us and Chelsea.

Of all the names going around Barcola makes the most sense anyway.

To be clear, I agree with most of the tweet and it’s sentiment, but I don’t understand the link to Jota at the beginning.

Who, in the wake of Jota’s death, has been talking about the need to be more considerate to footballers? He died in a car crash, it’s not like he killed himself after some sort of controversy or social media pile on.

Innit! Weird tweet

I think the main point of the tweet isn’t about the cause of Jota’s death, it’s more so the collective reaction of fans after it.

People were suddenly reflecting on how we treat players like they are disposable and talking about showing more humanity. That sentiment vanished within weeks; I guess the hypocrisy is being called out from that tweet.

But TBH, the point could have been made without addressing Jota at all.

Talking about Kvara in the Madueke thread is like telling me I’m about to drive a Ferrari and then I remember I drive an Abarth.

No fair.

Because poor Jotas lambo tire blew up we are meant to be happy with Madueke?

The two things have nothing to do with one another.

Someone should tell Arteta that overpaying Chelsea for underwhelming players and then playing them in a position that they’re not used to, isn’t great idea.

Footballers are being god worshipped all the time. People give handful of nutjob tweets way too much attention.
