Channeling your top gooner side.

Big money and big wages for someone.

I’ve no time for Barca but, I find it equally hilarious that the day the Munchen rumours heat up, it’s politely slapped back down. Bayern continue to take L’s.

Never saw that coming

It really is but I think his talent is potentially elite level

He has it in his locker, so it’s about being in the environment to coax it out consistently more than anything IMO

Can only get players others don’t want.

Yeah, Bayern don’t have much recent history with Brazilians either. I would hope the PL, London, and our Brazilian contingent would make us a more attractive proposition.

His performances at the Nations League certainly didn’t go unnoticed. He actually looked like Spain’s best forward(if not best players) over SF and final.
Frankly, I’m shocked Barca allowed this to drag this long when it’s been one of the most obvious transfers. They will possess more than half of the Spanish NT’s starting lineup for the next decade in Garcia, Cubarsi, Balde, Pedri, Yamal and Williams.

If this makes Raphinha available, go and get him if we can’t get Rodrygo.

Fucking hell, this seems pretty much wrapped up. Apparently the player’s side made the first move and is so keen to join that he’s willing to lower his wage demands for Barca.

That’s a good point, surely that opens up a possiblity of him leaving

Surely Williams is an addition to their frontline options, not a replacement for Raphinha? I’ve not watched much La Liga or Barca, but hasn’t he been really, really good this season?!

If Raphinha is available I think I’d probably have him over literally any other left wing option who’s potentially available this summer.

He’s a Ballon d’Or candidate mate, he’s going nowhere, at least this summer.

The dude has been desperate to make at Barca and wasn’t willing to go last summer either when everybody was doubting him, Olmo was coming in and Barca were pushing for Williams again.

I could foresee him looking elsewhere at some point with Yamal’s getting all the attention. Maybe next summer he’ll be more open to a move but it’s gonna be for mega money either way, money I don’t ever see us spending on a single player.

Williams going to Barca to sit on the bench? Can’t see it.

He doesn’t get to dicate anything

Could potentially see a set up where Raph plays at CF which could potentially be awesome as Lewandowski at his age now is a limiting player but yeah he may have to wait a season or so if not

Highly doubt Raph is going anywhere

Or Williams just goes to a team where he’s a starter. Lewandowski isn’t getting dropped.

Fuck off you fucking whore barca cunt!

Never even wanted you in the first place!!

Lol, why? He’s the weakest link in that front 3 and he’s gone after his contract expires next summer.

I was also thinking what @Darkseid suggested about using a fluid front 3. They’ve already done that with Torres who isn’t a classic #9. Williams, Yamal and Raphinha should have the capacity to rotate up top.

Just seems a bit crazy to break up what is working well. Lewandowski could never be a weak link either.

I hope Williams does go to Barca or Bayern as I don’t particularly want him.
