That guy is a fraud.

Outside of 2019 heā€™s had a losing record for three out of four seasons, heā€™s not HC material. Heā€™s an OC at best.

More attention needs to be shone on his failings.

Look I donā€™t like Shanahan but getting to a SB with Jimmy G has your QB is worth something, definitely not a fluke run.

If he got fired tomorrow heā€™d be top of the list for every team seeking a coach.

His career is really tied to the success of Lance. Next two season have to be playoff years
