Luckily football hasn’t quite got to the stage of selling 15 year olds for millions of pounds, but in general, if 100 million were on the table for any player that hadn’t even made their professional debut it would be absolute idiocy not to take it.

It’s all moot anyway since no club is offering that money for the exact reasons people would take the money if offered.

Hopefully he plays about 2 games this season and develops as young talents should without all of this absolutely insane PR and pressure.
There are so many cautionary tales from talents who were meant to be among the best coaches had ever seen in their age groups that never amounted to much in the professional game.

I’ve been hearing a lot about him a year ago, how he’s the next big thing, wasn’t really bothered about it, didn’t have a clue they were talking about a 14 year old
