Didnât realise the kid is 6 foot aged 15!

How was Nwaneri able to play in the PL at 15?
I believe you are allowed to play in the season you turn 16.
Nwaneri played in September 2022 and turned 16 in March of that season (2022/23).
Dowman will turn 16 this december.
