Yep, pretty weird seeing him with the group. Seems like he actually talked it out with Teta. Took him long enough.
When was the last time we’ve had something like this, and did those players in question manage to get back into their respective sides?
Last cases I remember are Costa, Aurier and Rabiot?
That or Mikel has realised we aren’t City and we’re kind of stuck with what we got. Either way happy he’s back in the fold and I look forward to him increasing his transfer value to around £110m this season- I’ve lowered it to the reflect the financial strain covid has put on clubs.

The club are bold faced liars. They will try and spin a story to make themselves look good and a player look shit. Doubt that Guendo ever did half the stuff they said he did, but they wanted to make him look the villain and Arteta the white knight who’s coming to save Arsenal with his culture. All bull shit propaganda. They failed in selling him and Özil now so they act like nothing ever happened. And it worked on the fans too by the looks of it. Everyone parroting the line Arsenal gave them are pretty quiet now.
I still think Guendouzi has acted the cunt here, I’m sure plenty of others would happily say that too and aren’t quiet about it.

I will become a staunch supporter of Arteta when two things happen. We see a significant upswing in League performance. The defensive organization has been good but that’s not good enough. Constantly hanging around .7 xG per game is poor, and we rode our luck because opponent xG was around 2.0. So he needs to show he can coach a competent attack.
Secondly if the dood really rates Xhaka and refuses to drop him, then Fuck Arteta no other explanation than he’s a shitter. He won’t be able to overcome that cancer of a player and get us CL.
If he can fix those two massive blemishes on his record then yeh ill be a huge Arteta Stan. I don’t really give af about culture. Yes it does factor in but u can have the best culture and be well respected ect but still be a shit manager. If u can’t win then it’s meaningless.

Why wasn’t this ultimatum in effect with Wenger? I like Arteta and I actually- crazily lel- agree with a lot of what you’re saying at the moment, but a lot of these problems ala the lampost in midfield were created by Wenger in his last few seasons.

The reason we dipped was interference from above, ala Gazidis. If Wenger was left to do the clubs business he’d have continued uncovering hidden gems and not spent a ton of money on major flops. Those signings had very little to do with Arsene and thats a fact it’s not A Wenger agenda thing. Anyways he did way more with these guys than anyone since has been able to do so that’s another win for AW.
Statistically Arteta is winning a trophy every half season, so the analytics are showing he’s superior.
