Who?!
They somehow can’t spot the contradiction between demanding that United return to winning ways again, but that in doing so they also must win ‘the right way’. That club would be so much more dangerous if they just took a winning at all costs approach but they just can’t bring themselves to do it, it has to be done perfectly to their liking which effectively means recreating a dead era again and that won’t happen. Long may their blind clinging on to the past continue…
I find it mental the other 4 big 6 clubs have Slott, Frank, Rosienor, Fletcher as their manager.
This is why now is the time for us to capitalise, whilst they’re all fucking around looking for quick fixes and instant gratification.
What makes it funnier is that smaller clubs like Bournemouth, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Fulham have better managers.
Is this dude on the space cakes again?
Uniteds recent record of hiring managers is horrific. Theres not really any clear good options these days either to help them out.
Solskjaer - No job for 4 years now in Turkey
Ralf Rangnick - Moved to international football
Ten Hag - Sacked after 10 mins at Leverkusen
I think Neville is right in a sense - they’ve clearly messed around far too much but it’s moreso down to the recruitment process and decision on the subject (manager) that has been the problem for them.
Roll it back to what a lot of us say when the likes of Ten Hag were sacked - they should have stuck with Louis van Gaal and used that platform as their rebuild era. Instead, they’ve started it and it’s never ended for them. They’ve chased the younger talents on the continent because everyone else is doing it and paid extortionate amounts of money in the process. Some of those guys aren’t even with them anymore. They’ve gone the netball route and it’s flat lined.
I personally think Simeone would be a very good shout for them. In this current situation, throw everything at Conte and extract what you can for 2-3 seasons.
Ole got sacked in Turkey as well if I remember right lol
They should have stuck with Moyes.
They gave him hardly any money for transfers when it was obvious to everyone, except their supporters, that the team needed an overhaul.
They should try and get Inzaghi in the summer.
My bet is Iraola.
Before they decide on any manager they have to look at their background and facilities.
Ronaldo roasted them on Piers Morgan a few years ago and I bet under al eech like Ratcliffe it’s only gotten worse.
Get a new training ground, stadium that doesn’t leak poo.
Some dinner ladies. A kit man. Infrastructure. Right now any serious player or coach will come and think the place is a hellhole and phone in from the beginning.
They are truly not a serious club and are closer to a relegation than the title.
Long may it continue.
Going for fancy players coaches etc is just pointless if they don’t have what they need to succeed
This is where moving to Emirates start making sense.
United, despite their success in 00s, is now suffering from an institutional decay because they didn’t upgrade their infrastructure.
Arsenal, on the other hand, could have done things better & achieved more but it is definitely in a place where players would enjoy joining the club not just for what Arteta is doing with the squad but also to be associated with a luxurious London club.
Eddie Howe already ruling it out lol.
Not to worry Eddie, it’ll come around again at some stage after Newcastle give you the boot

Low-key the perfect puppet for their current ownership. He’ll be willing to accept the bare minimum wages too and he’ll know his role.
Seems like a big reason why he waited so long to take another job was because he was desperate to get another chance at Man Utd.
Became very clear in that Stick To Football appearance .
Will be hilarious when he comes in and plays players in their favoured position and does a better job than the two nerd ball coaches that came before him.
I have grown up, screwed Twitter off and now agree with you about nerdy coaches.
Zidane is better than all of these freaks.
Ancelotti, Zidane >>>>
Ole is the best coach United have had since Fergie, LvG aside maybe.
He’d do a decent job there but he will shill for ownership which means United won’t properly progress
He lost it at the end of his first tenure but they havent had a better league season than the 20/21 covid year when he got them 2nd
The quality of the squad has gone down but in terms of profiles they have the players to replicate what Ole did when they were at their best under him in 20-21.
Fast forwards for the counter: Mbeumo, Sesko, Cunha instead of Rashford, Cavani, Greenwood
Bruno behind with a lot of freedom.
Conservative ball winning double pivot: Casemiro and Ugarte instead of Fred and McTominay
Positionally solid, unadventurous CBs: De Ligt and Someone (Many choices) instead of Maguire and Lindelof.
LB who gets forward, conservative RB: Dorgu and Dalot instead of Shaw and AWB
