A properly run club would have parted ways already, even on temporary basis. But anyway, you played yourself and now you’re into the season with both of your 100m forwards out.

Some friends of mine have made a between them for EtH to get sacked by Christmas (they made it after the Spurs game).
The dude that thought EtH would survive is now convinced he’ll end up having to pay up soon.
Their season is pretty much done when they receive their hammerings against Brighton and Bayern.
Well maybe he’s just not that good? It’s entirely possible he was overhyped based on his performances in Germany which is a very different league.
If it’s a quality issue, why not part ways already?
This is his third season. They’ve had 4 windows to move him on, even on a temporary basis.
This is the second time the manager has publicly called him out as well.
This is where I give credit to Edu. He’s made some tough calls that make the finance experts in football scratch their heads but he’s made life so much easier for Arteta.

ETH is doing the right thing here, just as Arteta did the right thing with Ozil, Guendouzi, and Auba.
You can’t have your big players not offering the dedication in training and effort/discipline during matches that is required to compete at the highest level.
Sancho isn’t built for the PL anyway and has done fuck all since coming to Manchester. Its not exactly a massive loss to the squad.

ETH and Man Utd are going through exactly what we went through from 2019-2021.
A cup win here and there, but ultimately a toxic establishment that’s rotten from a few bad eggs in the squad & in ownership.
At the start of this season, I had Utd firmly in 3rd place to finish this season. But every week, they’re in full drama just like we were.
They’ll be lucky to finish 5th at this rate.
