Manchester United

We’re going to sign him this summer and offer him the armband if he keeps this up.

Reminds of Russel Westbrook and the Westbrick chant.

Can’t say any criticism purely within bounds of their performance on the pitch without these millionaire athletes getting upset and calling security at regular match going fans who pay their money to support these entitled twats

What’s this like his 18th apology or explanation tweet of the season. A lot of these players need to just get themselves off the platform. You don’t need to tweet celebrations after every victory and you don’t need to bleed your heart out after a loss. The sooner they realize these victories and defeats can live in a world outside online social media, the happier and healthier they will be as human beings.

Clues in your job description professional footballer.
Not living up to that title either way here I’m afraid.

He just makes things worse for himself. He’s exposing himself to more ridicule here because he just doesn’t seem to understand his performances warrant criticism.

He’s been dire all season and he’s one of the clubs highest paid players.

You’re a football player - you can feed kids all you want - but it’s what you do on the pitch that the fans care about

I think I would respect him more if he was actually honest and said look the bloke pissed me off and I wanted to smack him one but luckily security stopped me.

He just hasn’t been the same since the Euros, think it’s fortunate for us Saka came out of the whole thing stronger. Although at United the exposure runs on overdrive.

He hasn’t been the same since before the Euros.

There was a moment in the second half yesterday where he could have run at someone but he just kind of pushed the ball away. His confidence seems in the toilet and I think delaying that surgery might have been a bigger deal than originally thought.

Maybe he could go to a place like West Ham or Villa where there’s just less of a toxic atmosphere in the locker room and kind of reset.

Redcafe is Irish?

Don’t you now start thinking of switching

No, if confirmed it will just be another thing we wont like to admit to. Like Bono.

Some of the threads on Red Cafe at the moment

How do we sell Harry Maguire?

How do you convince players who are enjoying a very comfortable living to care about winning trophies again?

Football heritage :goat:

Jose is an all time great manager but his biggest failing is and always will be his inability to adapt to changing dynamics of player personality. He treated every player the way he treated stalwarts like Terry, Zanetti, Walter Samuel.

When he lost the dressing room at Real Madrid it was the first time it had ever happened to him and after that the invincibility of Jose started to fade a bit.

This is far too familiar for my liking. If you aren’t going to call him “Cunt” could you please at least opt for “Mourinho”?

Does he expect them to not have life’s?
