Man Utd vs Arsenal (PL) 0-1

For us it will come down to taking our chances and not making any stupid mistakes. Do not give them a sniff and we should have too much for United.

Spuds thought they could have turned up against us also… and the result?

It is not like a person with ED can get erection at will.

Always a sexual analogy to nail the point :joy:

they’re all gonna put their lives on the line vs. us, you just know it.

Maguire will turn into fucking Nesta and Onana will become Prime Neur for 95 minutes.

If they know what’s good for them, they’d let us steamroll so we can try and stop their neighbours from taking over their City… though we’re about 10-years too late for that one. Manchester is unfortunately, very, very blue.

I think they are all scared little chickens now, and afraid of a 8-2 massacre by us instead.

They not turning up for this…

Manager is dead man walking and players literally don’t give a fuck about the league, they may try to turn up for the FA Cup final, but other than that, they are planning their beach holidays…

They are like a lot of our fans in that they prefer City to win over more historical rivals (like us and Liverpool or like United, Spurs, Chavs for our fans).

Not that it matters much anyway since none of the players are fans, but still.

Just watched the highlighits…
Wow, they managed to make Palace look like title contenders. The scoreline even looks decent considering all the chances Palace had.

Not even hyped for the game now :santi:

Maybe we could rest a few players :saliba3:

Good call!
Let’s use this and take revenge! Make their fans leave the stadium at HT! 28-0!

There isn’t a better time to play these lot. Confidence amongst their players is non-existent. Manager under huge pressure. Conceding a billion shots a game. Toxic fan base who will get on the players’ backs if we get an early goal.

We have a real opportunity to humiliate these cunts.

Obviously any win will do, but this is the biggest gulf between the two sides in the 30 years I’ve followed Arsenal.

Can you imagine the scenes if Fulham get something from City and we batter United on their patch to setup a league win?

Can the football gods please smile upon us? It’s been 20 years ffs, give us something you fuckers

Even our shocking team of 2011/2012 that lost 8-2, still managed to finish 3rd that season.

We absolutely have to batter these pricks.

Nervous for this one. Just don’t have a good feeling about the result.

Agree, but it was the same with Chelsea in recent seasons. This season that managed 2 draws with City and everyone thought they could get something off us at the Emirates and we smashed them. I do feel that Arteta has our players in the the right mindset in 2024. The lost to Villa is the outlier and I feel that is down to being sandwiched between our QF fixtures with Bayern. No sooner we were out we were back to our 2024 form. If we can’t do it this season, then I do wonder if we will have get there.

Just hope out fitness right now rings supreme. Need to win our last 2 games. Would love to batter this injury ridden Utd team.

I do feel it’s a bit tongue in cheek. But you can help question these things. I’m sure training played a part as well as the players themselves. But crazy how it shifts with is move to Utd.

Every United fan I know is rooting for us tbf.

Their preference of winner seems to be:

  1. Arsenal
  2. City
  3. Liverpool - out of it now anyway.

I do think there’s a much greater respect between United and Arsenal fans when it comes down to it.

Brother I would normally be right there with you. Feeling like some moment of calamity / stupidity is going to cost us the game. Even when we know we have a great chance to win.

But right now we are so superior in every single way, and have so much composure, and have such belief - we are going to go there and we are going to put on a clinic.

Defensively we are just too rock solid to allow a team of United’s ability / form to do major damage to us. Famous last words perhaps, but I’m so convinced we’re going to win.

To some degree, yes. I think both sides would love to see a proper rivalary reignited. But I guarnatee if us winning would see us tie or beat one fo their records and the others wouldn’t by winning, they’d be routing for the others. Most I know would’ve even preferred L’pool over City as they think a 4 peat would be difficult to match or beat.

First title in 20 years hanging in the balance and big sol whipping out the biggest jinx of his life.

Better go into hiding if we blow this game
