We took an even bigger gamble with Arteta. And he came into an absolute mess. Slot has had it much easier with the team he inherited. Still, he has done very well, but I would hate to see him win the league before Arteta.
I don’t think it’s such a gamble, Klopp was off and wasn’t like there was a crazy amount of options.
They should be given credit for selecting what looks to be a very good coach though, he articulates himself very well especially compared to someone like his countryman ten Hag
Ultimately the real credit will be due if he does win the league which of course seems likely but we’ve seen collapses in general from better coaches just not with such a lead so early.
They did a good job to keep Salah, VVD, TTA, Allison all under control and stay with the team, at least for another season.

they are too jammy though they always seems to get a goal to save them even if it bounces of the oppositions face then off another players ass and flies in.
