Leandro Trossard (19)

Fucking thought the goal Martinelli just scored got disallowed for a hot few seconds

Short term, both Trossard and Jorginho are much better options than Mudryk and Caicedo.

Thanks Chelsea.

In terms of giving ourselves the best possible chance of winning the league this season, absolutely.

really can’t compare since we never got Mudryk…
but we can say we are happy to have Tross though. Good buy for us.

Another guy just doing what he was bought to do. Wish that goal stood, what an erection-inducing strike that was

Mudryk was just a smokescreen for Trossard. :grinning:

Boy blends in like he has been at Arsenal for eons. Great addition together with Jorghinho.

Very happy with Trossard so far.

The advantage of getting Trossard and Jorginho is that they’re both experienced PL players and although Mudryk might potentially be good, we needed someone like Trossard to hit the ground running, which he certainly seems to have done.

100%

It doesn’t even matter that he didn’t score today. It’s just nice to know that he has that kind of strike in his locker. He is definitely able to play the false 9. Great squad option.

so, PL experience matters

I’ve always preferred PL, or at least a top European league, experienced players.
They might be more expensive but in the situation where we’re challenging for the title, experience is way better than potential.

totally agree…
we have a bunch of great young players but still need some “old horse” to balance out the team.
winning teams always have a good mix of young and old/experienced players.
