Who’s the manager/coach and how does he compare to the genius of Mikel?
Sean Mcvay and if you can compare him to anyone in “soccer” I would say he’s like Nagelsmann. Young, smart, and an innovator. So yeh he’s a top football coach, already has taken us to the Super Bowl.
Wenger won the FA Cup not Arteta.
You’re both wrong.
Bertie Mee won it.
already has taken us to the Super Bowl.
Us? My dood follows two teams owned by the Kroenkes. As if one isn’t bad enough ![]()

Nice to meet you too and since ur new around here I better lay out the ground rules. Anything good this club have done, like winning the FA Cup, is down to their muscle memory from the Wenger days. Anything bad is on the dirt pounding flat brain known as Mikel Arteta. Have a great weekend and happy 4th of July! USA USA USA TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP

On the face of it that’s really good.
Just sell the fucking club to someone that gives a fuck you fucking grubs.
Be excited you say ? You try and be fucking excited when you get up in the middle of the night to watch us after 2 consecutive seasons of 8th… then when you try to be positive you face the reality of starting the new season with Mari at CB, Potentially with Holding, Bellerin at RB and a midfield pivot of Elneny and Xhaka.
Cheers for ruining my Monday CUNTS
I appreciate the rant and feel a lot of the same way.
Issue is that Kroenke wants to turn the club over for someone to run. He had Wenger run everything for a number of years.
Trusted Gazidis to lead the transition and he turned out to be largely incompetent. Raul is next up to enrich himself and agent buddies.
Left with Edu/Arteta that they are hoping can be Wenger and run everything.
The Kroenke’s simply do not know whom to hire to run things and the club’s internal structure doesn’t have anyone that knows the inner workings of the game very well. Until this changes, I expect little improvement on the pitch unless Arteta becomes a good manager in short order and/or some players really turn up.
Having said all of that, the club really needs to drop the “be excited” PR nonsense. Makes things worse to actually have expectations to think that the club is competently run and is just another transfer window away from sorting out this mess.

A dark day.
Finished 5th, 8th and 8th since full KSE control.
Remember when people didn’t want Usmanov because of some imaginary idea about “Arsenal class” lol. There’s no such thing as class in the modern game, if there ever has been.
The history of football has been riddled with corruption. From match fixing, doping, buying your way into leagues, illegal approaches to players, tapping up kids, money laundering.
It’s been a dark game since it’s creation but people turned their noses up at someone who actually wanted to invest to have us competing with other big clubs in favour of a proven failure who has no concept of how to run a sports club.
Great post.
I never understood people who said the reason they didn’t want Usmanov was because he was a dodgy Russian billionaire but would then quite happily defend Kroenke who has a cable TV channel devoted to hunting and shooting Elephants.
It is a myth about us having more class than other clubs.
The reality is, like most other big clubs, we’ve had players with drug and drink problems who are still club legends but we’ve also had players and managers that are pure class.
Every football club is a reflection on society and there are good and bad people in both.
The difference in football is there is a massive trough of money that will inevitably attract bigger, dodgier pigs.

This is a bad post I’m sorry. There’s a space in between that Arsenal could be in, and still be competitive. We’ve invested more than enough money…
I’d happily take a rich, ruthless Bond villain owner.
